End User License
1. What you get
After payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital file for personal use.
2. Allowed
- Download and keep the file for yourself
- Print worksheets for personal use
- Edit templates for your own needs (budgeting, resume, habits, etc.)
- Use prompt text from a prompt pack in your own projects
3. Not allowed
- Resell, redistribute, or publish the files (or substantial copies) as a product
- Upload them to Etsy, Gumroad, Telegram channels, torrents, etc. as a digital download
- Claim authorship of Fileform originals when reselling a pack
- Use the materials for illegal activity
4. Commercial use
Allowed: internal business use (your freelance work or company)—for example, filling an invoice for a client or tracking your own business budget.
Not allowed without written permission: bundling our files into products you sell to others (template packs, courses that redistribute our files, etc.).
5. Copyright
Copyright in the original content remains with Fileform. Purchase does not transfer copyright.
6. Termination
If you breach this license, your usage rights end, and we may refuse re-delivery.
