Fileform (“we”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what information may be processed when you use https://fileform.shop, a US-oriented digital download store.
2. Information we process
- Order data: product id, amount (USD), payment status, and PayPal transaction identifiers needed to fulfill your order.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps in server logs (security and debugging).
- Support communications: if you email support@fileform.com, we process the content of that message.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or PayPal passwords. PayPal processes payment data under the PayPal Privacy Statement.

5. Retention
